It’s been 1 month since we cremated my father. 1 month since I returned to the country of my birth after 23 years of living in the United States. A month since I shaved my head in respect for my father. I never realized how gray I was.
Now, I’m either about to do the smartest or the dumbest thing I have ever done. My girlfriend and I are opening a bookstore. We already own and operate a cafe and the bookstore will be a addition to it. But we are opening a bookstore- from scratch- in 2011.
I must be crazy but we have a a feeling that with some help from our friends and our community we will make it work. And should any of you feel the need to share with me what makes it worth going to a bookstore and buying your books from a bookstore as opposed to amazon, I would love to know: arvinram451@gmail.com
In the meantime we will be starting another blog so so everyone ca keep up with what we’re doing.
